She is meticulous in her writing and doing her daily work. She can be counted on to be a leader in the classroom and other areas of the school. She advocates for herself and for those around her. Makayla is also an active participant in daily learning and is eager to try new things. She follows the Leader in Me Habits and never gives up. Some of her favorites include the color teal, playing on the trampoline, pizza and nachos, and dolphins. One thing she loves about school is reading with a teacher during daily five.
