Winter 2024-2025 Snow Removal BID SHEET for Edgewood-Colesburg-Elementary location
Due to Board Secretary before 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 9, 2024
Bidding Requirements
- Per hour bid and/or inch of snow
- Type of Equipment that will be used
- $1,000,000.00 Business Liability and auto liability Insurance. (List Edgewood-Colesburg Community School District on insurance policy.)
- If you have employees helping or doing the snow removal, they will also need to have Waiver of Subrogation.
- Provide list of employees. (Include Federal EIN Number.)
- Need to list the school as additional issued & should be listed on the contractor site.
- Completed back ground check(form provided by Edgewood-Colesburg CSD)
Snow Removal Requirements
- Monthly billing
