Bidding Requirements

Per hour bid and/or inch of snow

Type of Equipment that will be used

$1,000,000.00 Business Liability and auto liability Insurance. (List Edgewood-Colesburg Community School District on insurance policy.)

If you have employees helping or doing the snow removal, they will also need to have a Waiver of Subrogation.

Provide a list of employees. (Include Federal EIN Number.)

Need to list the school as additional issured & should be listed on the contractor site.

Completed background check(form provided by Edgewood-Colesburg CSD)
